Passage East is perfectly situated in the heart of eclectic East Atlanta Village, minutes from downtown Atlanta yet in a quiet, established neighborhood. The private suite is adjacent to the park and includes a bedroom, full bathroom, modest kitchen and living room and sleeps four with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy our cozy carriage house apartment nestled among the trees & filled with gorgeous natural light. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Cozy micro-cabin in tiny house community on dead end street. 5 minute walk from Lakewood Amphitheater and Screen Gems studios. 10 minute ride from airport. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.
