You'll have exclusive access to the ground floor flat of a grade II listed Georgian townhouse. With a spacious lounge, separate double bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath, and a utility area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Car parks are 2 or 5 min walks away, also free on street parking is available 10 minutes walk away. Beach is a 1 min walk and the town centre a 5 min stroll along the prom. This self contained guest suite located in Weymouth has its own entrance. One room with a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!
