Beautiful Beachfront Lodging: Deckhand Suite

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet in your beach side suite overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Pet friendly, max 2 dogs. $35 pet fee. Conveniently located above Central Charters and Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor. Waterfront Suite

Charming 2nd story apt over gift shop/plant nursery. Timber frame construction built 2011 on pilings over tidal estuary off historic boardwalk w/ mountain view. Loft area over kitchen has a full-size mattress, accessed by fireman's ladder for older children or agile adults. Romantic setting with unique décor. Deck overlooks water with birds and sea and river otters. Hosts available next door for anything you might need. Walking distance to everything in town and trails. Open April to Oct.

Redoubt Cabin

Our Redoubt Cabin is located on the bluff with amazing views of the Cook Inlet. This cabin offers a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed then connects to small bedroom with twin, and 2 twin beds in upstairs loft. Located 1 mile from Anchor Point River and 15 miles from Homer, the cabin is one of 5 on 5 private acres, with over 200 feet of space to the next cabin. Shared amenities include a gazebo with a firepit, griddle, picnic tables, fish cleaning station, hammock, and viewing deck.

Our Loft Apartment is separate and quiet - exactly what you'll want after a busy day! Sleeps two in the queen bed, also has two twin comfortable Nova Form beds ready with linens at no extra charge. A pack and play is available for small children. Stay warm with baseboard heat. Kitchenette comes with microwave, Kuerig, refrigerator and hot water pot. Creamer, K-cups and Tea are provided We provide plush towels for guests. There is shampoo and body wash in the shower dispensers.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

Pioneer Cabin, Wilderness Kachemak Bay

The Pioneer cabin, built in 1959 has a unique Alaskan history and was named to commemorate, Kristi’s parents Jack and Jo McLean’s pioneering spirit. This historical original homestead cabin faces the inside beach of Kasitsna Bay adjoining Kachemak Bay. Recently, lovingly restored and filled with distinctive special touches it speaks of times gone by and hardy adventurous people. You are steps away from sandy beaches where whales breach, otters play and eagles soar!

Seafarer's Beach House ... Magnificent!

Magnificent! Right on Kachemak Bay, with stairs accessing the beach during Spring & Summer months. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is artfully decorated with Seafaring themes. The main floor, overlooking the Bay, has a fully appointed kitchen, cozy living room, with large screen TV,and bedroom with a king bed. For a small additional fee, the Seafarer's cabin provides a getaway for 2 with a queen bed in the loft. Cabin guests share the downstairs bath in the main home.
