Wander through the French Quarter from a Treme Shotgun Home

Unwind on the secluded back porch, or sip iced tea on the shaded front veranda of this updated, Victorian-era shotgun home. Statement period details include parlor doors, 11-foot ceilings, fireplaces, wood paneling, and floor-to-ceiling windows. You'll enjoy twelve foot ceilings with ceiling fans, large windows with working shutters, gorgeous woodwork including a fireplace in every room (including bathrooms) and the best of furnishings and art. You will be given the access code to keys with your reservation. The front porch, laundry room and back yard are shared. The remainder is private. You can unlock the adjoining interior door if you rent both sides. Feel free to text or call at anytime to reach me. The house is in the heart of the oldest part of the famous Treme neighborhood, just four blocks from the French Quarter and the street car line. Location, location, location ... bike rentals in the French Quarter (4 blocks) ... bike lanes on Rampart (4 blocks) and Esplanade (1 block) ... new streetcar line on Rampart ... connecting you to any historic neighborhood or park WITHOUT GETTING IN A CAR. Of course there's Uber and Lift. Free street parking. All beds and furnishings are brand new. We're stocked to the brim with almost anything you can think of. We employ a professional cleaning lady, Eva.

Our turn-of-the-century Caribbean-style home offers a peaceful retreat in the best neighborhood in NOLA. We are fully licensed and an easy 15 min stroll to the French Quarter with plenty to enjoy along the way. All awesome and well-behaved pets are welcome! We use professional cleaners to keep things fresh and safe between guests while keeping things cozy. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! Location location location! Perfect location for being in the middle of the action. This Marigny triangle studio apartment is nestled between the live music on Frenchmen street and the nightlife in the french quarter. With that comes some noise, but this location is worth the trade off. Walk to everything the city has to offer. Go watch the street musicians or listen to a band at a Frenchmen street bar just steps from your door. No need to use public restrooms when yours is so close!

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table!
