There is no struggle to find a place to park with its location being closer than much of the available parking. It is quite convenient in the evening to be able to walk home from an evening spent downtown!

Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer. The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.
