Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Half hour drive to Eufaula (AL) "Big Bass Capital" fishing; Columbus (GA) White Water Rafting and Riverwalk; Lumpkin (GA) "Little Grand Providence Canyon" hiking; Under an hour to Auburn Football or Ft. Moore. West Rock Mill 20 min. drive. Cabin has screened porch and every room has TV. Bunk beds in second BR are very high so no young children on top please. No smoking, parties or pets.

We are 25 miles to Callaway Gardens and less than 30 miles to Ft Moore.

Located in beautiful Thomaston, Georgia , Stillmeadows is home to two privately owned, authentic, 1885 cabins. 14 acres of peaceful surroundings with a stocked pond so bring your fishing gear. Farm animals complete the experience. The property is located only 75 minutes from the Atlanta Airport. It is close to Sprewell Bluff, which offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and kayaking on Flint River.
