Cabin on the Waterfall

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin that overlooks Flintcreek. ** NEW!! HOT TUB>>> Open the window, you will fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall, and the orchestra of nature. You can sit on your deck, watch the birds, beavers, river, otters, foxes, deer, and just be mesmerized by the beauty. This cabin can sleep up to 5+ adults with a great creek view! We do have a tornado shelter on property- It should be finished by July 1st. We will keep you updated.

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Make some memories at this family-friendly mountaintop cabin south of Fayetteville. This unique cabin is located on 50 acres that offer a million-dollar view of the Boston Mountains. Enjoy fishing in the large pond with the fishing poles, tackle, and enjoy the challenge of a scavenger hunt along the 1/2 mile-long hiking trail! In the evening, enjoy the cliffside firepit nestled next to the peaceful waterfall! 11-minute drive to Razorback Stadium and 5 minutes from the interstate!

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Our Hillside Cabin is a newly renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.
