New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Includes a huge new covered deck where you can enjoy the unobstructed views from the barrel sauna and hot-tub while protected from the elements. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, steam shower, full kitchen, open living room. Pull-out queen couch can sleep additional two guests. *Winter months, AWD is a must. Garage is not for guest use.

Caribou Hideaway

The Caribou hideaway is a roomy apartment with a queen bed and a pull-out memory foam queen size sleeper. You have room to lounge, play a game, watch a movie, or get caught up on work. A coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave are in the room as well. Just outside your door, you are surrounded by beautiful birch trees and plenty of space to stroll along maintained trails and get some fresh air. The property has a firepit and outdoor seating all for your enjoyment.

Come relax and revive the soul in our quiet and spacious retreat. Only minutes from Hatcher Pass’s quality hiking trails and the new Skeetawk Ski Area. It’s close to all the modern amenities you’ll need but remote enough to enjoy the great outdoors. With plenty of outdoor space on over an acre there’s room for you and your four legged family members to roam and privacy as you sit around the fire or grill after a long day of hitting the trails.

Cabin style stay with 2 bedrooms 1 full bath. 1 queen size bed 2 twins that make into a king. Full kitchen, coffee pot with coffee, every basic need to cook. 5 minutes from downtown Wasilla. Close to Iditarod headquarters, Selters Bay Golf course, 30 minutes to Hatchers Pass, 1 hour to Talketna, fishing, hiking, breweries, mountains and much more. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience)
