We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
