My sessions are designed to be for any level of fitness and are always different. My Air BnB sessions will be capped at a maximum of 6 people to ensure you get my full attention. You can expect to work hard but enjoy yourself while doing it in the open air and along one of the most beautiful places Noosa has to offer. I have a wide range of equipment perfect for outdoor sessions. 45 minutes is all the time you will need to feel accomplished and keep the fitness levels up whilst travelling.
I have been a Personal Trainer for 9 years starting my own business Feel the Byrne Fitness in Noosa 6 years ago. Fitness is my passion and Noosa provides the perfect back drop to any workout. I have chosen to offer High Intensity Interval Training to Air BnB as it is not only my favourite way to train but it’s also the most convenient way to train whilst away on a holiday. Whole body movements designed to get you sweaty in 45 minute sessions. You really can’t go wrong.
I have access to a perfect location along the beautiful Noosa River. Book in for the late arvo sessions and you will train under some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.
