Have a welcome drink as you step in, fresh lime, fruit juice or soft beverages. I will introduce the ingredients & spices that will be used and their benefits. We will cook a healthy vegetarian meal, with a step by step guidance from me, and then share the food and lots of stories, to create good memories. When you leave with my recipes, you takeaway a dish of India and serve it on your own platter. If you are in Gurgaon, my car and driver will pick you up from your hotel and drop you back after the session. If you come from Delhi, the pick up and drop will be from MG Road Metro Station, as my house is just 5 mins away.
I am a “Delhiite” born and brought up in a foodies city, grew up gorging the most delicious Indian food, which is an intrinsic part of the city, and has gained global popularity over the years. Cooking is an art and it is honed when you cook for your children and family, trying to make it healthy and tasty at the same time. The garnishing is done with large dollops of unconditional love thrown in, generously. My recipes are hand downs from my mother, mother- in – law and other members of a joint family, with some nuances that I added on my own. I would love to share my cooking methods, gathered over the last 34 years, with you. Let me teach you how to cook some easy, simple & delicious Indian vegetarian food. If you have the willingness to learn, there is no stopping!

We will meet at my apartment in Gurgaon and cook in the kitchen. We have a fairly large kitchen that can accommodate up to 6 people at one time, so that each can get an opportunity to try their hand and participate fully in the activity.

I will give you a printout of all the recipes that we use during our session, so that you can easily make it at home. Please inform me in advance if you are allergic or dislike any food. You can choose your dishes from a list that I will send to you . Please wear comfortable clothes & shoes.
