Will meet up with guests at Uhuru gardens( its the park next to the elephant tasks monuments) We will then walk to our first two stopovers that will include tasting vegan and non vegan foods, with a variety of local kenyan foods and local swahili dishes to choose from. We will be able to have a taste of both breakfast and lunch swahili delicacies,coastal snacks and drinks... oh the list is long Comeon lets get started.
I was born in mombasa and have lived here for 27years. My interest in the people and culture of the coastal people i live amidst influenced my interest in learning more about them. I have a great love cultural diversity which has forced me to travel allover East Africa to towns like Arusha,moshi,zanzibar, morogoro,kampala,kasese,Fort Portal, masaka,iganga,mbale.huh the list is long. I have learnt alot on the different cultures and foods. I hope i can specifically share with you an experience on coastal foods and drinks.

We will mostly have a walk around mombasa town visiting reputed experts in street foods in all in public areas. We will also check out some monuments and historical sites along the way.
