I developed my interest in tea 2 years ago from my mother, who owns a tea business in China and is a certified tea connoisseur. From her, I developed a special passion around forest Pu’er tea, whose leaves are at least 200 years old planted generations ago. I love that they have deeper and more complex flavors. Since then, I have visited the tea mountains, tea factories and read about the culture of tea in China.
