We'll enjoy a relaxing and refreshing experience in the crystal waters of Alcudia Bay, in the North of Mallorca island. I will send you the exact meeting point. Once there we will put some sunscreen, and leave our things stored. I'll explain the basic techniques about paddle surfing, an some tips to keep the balance during the yoga poses. Then we'll enter in the water with the SUP boards, reach the place were the class will take place, and anchor ourselves to start the yoga class. The class on the water takes around 60 minutes and ends with a guided relaxation that, together with the movement of the water, will lead to a state of calm and wellness. I'll take some shots during the session that I'll share with you, so that you have nice memories of this experience.
I’m the founder of Parampara Yoga, plus a certified SUP Yoga Teacher & 500h RYT accredited in India by Yoga Alliance. I am very happy to share a combination of my two big passions (Yoga and Paddle Surfing) with everyone that loves the sea and is willing to enjoy a new experience on the water. SUP Yoga is available for everyone (no experience needed neither in Yoga nor paddle surf). This activity allows us to connect with nature while stimulating our body and mind. You don't need to have any experience in Yoga or in paddle surfing. The class is guided, and we will give you all the necessary tips so that you keep your balance and can perform the yoga poses.
