Dr. Shauna has a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from the Gladys L. Benerd School of Education at the University of the Pacific, was trained by “the ‘father’ of the strengths movement in higher education, Edward “Chip” Anderson and has been certified in Strengths Approaches to Higher Education Leadership and Student Success by the Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education at Azusa Pacific University.
