From one of almost 70 beachside locations in Milos, we will begin our experience with some calming breathing and meditation practices, followed by a hatha yoga flow with respect to your current health and fitness level and we will finish with 10 minutes of relaxation on the mat. Your entire experience will last 1.5 hours and will top off with some fresh fruits and infused water! My intention is to offer us an experience that will make you feel refreshed as we embrace the natural beauty on this part of the world.
I love sharing yoga next to the sea spreading positive vibes. My yoga journey started back in 2009, and it was a choice when everything in my life seemed blurry, and I was feeling lost. Since then, yoga is the life choice that makes me feel centred and grounded, and the path that gives space to my inner voice. Since 2014, when I left the private work sector, I’ve lived in several places in Asia, Africa and Europe and I’ve practiced many different styles of yoga. In my practice, I follow wherever flow gets me, combining elements of these styles into an inspiring flow. On my lessons, we laugh, we cry, we enjoy, we release, we share, but overall, I always aim to make yoga challenging by providing adjustments to bring greater awareness to both body and mind. So overall, yoga on Milos beach will be an experience to relax, enjoy and let go!

With dozens of unique beaches and spectacular geological and rock formations, we will adjust the location based on your preferences and on the weather. Each day is unique and wind can change. However, there are plenty of options in Milos island close to the city centre or in a further distance.
