We'll meet at Warren Park in South Orlando and take a beautiful 3 mile stroll around beautiful Lake Conway in Belle Isle and Iconic Orlando city. We'll pass many gorgeous homes, ancient oak trees, swaying palm trees and our clean, spring fed waterway Lake Conway. We pause at the historic Nela Bridge and take in the breeze and beautiful lake view. We may even see some playful otters and lake birds. We walk on sidewalks and roads the entire way so it is very easy and much of it is shaded by the trees. Along the way we will see friendly neighbors and gorgeous flowers. We'll stop at a favorite local restaurant Fish on Fire for some refreshment or lunch if the group would like to. This walk is my favorite way to see our beautiful hidden gem of a community.
Hi my name is Jenny and I grew up in this local paradise. I am a business owner at Lake Life Paddle and spend a lot of time wandering on the water but our area is just as beautiful land side. I am also a yoga instructor, life coach and fitness coach. I love walking in nature and I just love the trees and the lakes here. I am a member of my city's Tree Board. I have lived in the area since 1970 and I have extensive knowledge of the area and I can give a lot of insider info on great places to visit and restaurants that are local favorites. I LOVE my community and sharing it with friends.
I will bring water for each guest.
We will start at my home, a beautiful tropical paradise located on a cypress lined canal. We'll stop at a local park that gives a beautiful view of the South Lake. We'll continue our journey and stop at the Nela Bridge for a sip of water and beautiful photos. We'll continue around the lakes and stop at a favorite local hangout Fish on Fire. And then continue back to our starting point.
