On the experience, you will be enjoying Hue local food and observing the beauty of Hue city at night. First off, you will try three dishes that can not be more local but at the same time the food got the royal vibe. Therefore, understanding how people here eat like the royal families in the past is what you get left with. The second stop will be a street stall where Hue mini savoury pancake- an epitome of Hue cuisine's balance diet gets tasted. Then, we visit a little street stand to dive into a well known kind of noodles in Hue. It is a quintessential must try dish in Vietnam after the famous "Phở". Rice is our staple thus it would be a big miss out if you do not get to have a glimpse of it. So, a very Hue kind of rice product featured Hue signature sauce will be served to you next. Finally, we end the experience by enjoying a very Hue authentic dessert which has a special connection with the royal families back to days at a very common place for locals to relax at night. The dessert is also the end of our food journey together. We say "See you again". In short, we will be trying 7 kinds of food and observing a very Hue atmosphere at night. The above is the general itinerary for people who can eat and enjoy everything. For any ladies and gentlemen who are allergic to or do not eat any kind of food, please message me your diet before booking.
Hello, it's Mint. I'm a Hue local. I'm also a true lover of Hue city. I believe that Hue has a lot to prove everyone that it is a well-deserved city to visit and explore. Since I have been working and interacting with various guests coming to Hue, I've collected all the feedbacks and suggestions to come to a conclusion of which are the best in this city. And I can not wait to share it with all. When we come to a new spot, there is no better way to get to know the place than interact with real locals. I am pleased to be your guide, your local friend who you can count on getting to know the nightlife style in the ancient city- the blend of eating, working and entertaining ways.

Most of the food stalls in the tour itinerary are very well known to locals but hidden to visitors. Since street-vendors is an iconic image in Vietnam, 2 stops out of 5 in our tour will be at those vendors. Though it might be a little bit uncomfortable at first, I believe it is worthwhile to experience. 4/5 stops will have bathrooms. In short, we will be at 2 street vendors, 1 family business, 1 formal establishment and 1 slighly formal.
