8:30 am: Pick-up at your hotel
9:00 am: Local market tour to purchase all fresh ingredients
9:30 am: River boat ride to Thuan Tinh Island
10:00 am: Take a rowboat through water coconut trees
10:15 am: Arrive at our open-air cooking class with water coconut trees and river view
10:30 am: Cooking session begins
1:30 pm: Return back to your hotel
Menu: 4 Main dishes
Goi Cuon (Pork and Shrimp Spring roll with peanut dipping sauce)
Banh Xeo (Hoi An's Pancake with fresh herbs and traditional dipping sauce)
Bun Bo Nam Bo (Noodles with sautéed beef topped with roasted peanuts and warm beef jus vinaigrette)

I’m Ben, the founder of Cookly - the global community of traveling foodies. Our mission is to preserve and share the food traditions of the world through authentic cooking classes with local cooks. This experience is co-hosted by one of our local partners. Here's a word from your host, Tohanh:
I'm Tohanh, the owner of Thuan Tinh Island Cooking Tour which originated from our founder - Uncle Thai. Uncle Thai spent his early childhood watching his mother cooking at the restaurant’s kitchen and always enjoying her homemade dishes. His love for food instilled in him by his mother during his childhood in Paris, France made him want to start a cooking school and share the wonderful cuisine to the world. As a proud daughter of Uncle Thai, I'm taking this forward and living my dad's dream.
