On arrival at I Should Coco, after introductions, we get ready with aprons & hats on, hair tied back and hands washed. you'll then be shown around the chocolate workshop and we'll take a few minutes to learn about the chocolate making process, looking at cocoa pods and beans, cocoa butter and all different kinds of chocolate, finishing with a little chocolate tasting, including some single origin chocolates. After this we'll get down to business, heading to the chocolate machines to get our first batch. Starting with moulding chocolate, you'll be able to produce full sized chocolate bars in your favourite chocolate, using a collection of ingredients, toppings and decorations to add colour texture and flavour to your bars. After a break for drinks (coffee/hot chocolate/tea water/soft drinks), we'll move on to producing chocolate tokens featuring your own design. These beautiful tasty chocolate pieces make perfect holiday souvenirs, birthday gifts or even wedding favours. After all that work all thats left to do is wrap and pack up the chocolate ready to take home and share (or not :)
Andrea has been Head Chocolatier at 'I Should Coco' for 11 years and during that time has won many awards and commendations including 4 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze at Taste of the West. She has been making fresh cream truffles and training staff in chocolate making since 2008 , so has had plenty of experience in tempering chocolate, using specialist machinery and moulds and helping people get the very best results.

On your chocolate experience you will be welcomed into our chocolate shop then invited to step into our own custom built Chocolate Workshop, with dedicated chocolate moulds, professional chocolate tempering machines, tools and an array of ingredients for your use.

We have toilet facilities, aprons hats and all the equipment and ingredients you need. We'll provide a hot or cold drink during your workshop and you'll be able to take home everything you make :)
