We start in seated position with some basic breathing to calm our mind and stretch gently the shoulders, neck and spine. During the session we discover our inner peace with paying attention on the body alignments and breathing. It won’t require any previous experience , all level is welcome. (My mother language is hungarian, if you would prefer that language) Also it is with refreshing and gentle twisting movements to detoxicate your organs. The sequences are never the same as I adjust it to the demand of the group/person. In the end of the 45 minutes exercise we relax for 15 minutes with an eyepillow for nature sounds. Yoga mat can be provided. Please make sure to wear comfortable leggings and T-shirt. Bottle of water is recommended for the better results.
My name is Gini, I have practicing yoga for 4 years and teaching a year along. I like to bring calmness and balance into the life. I teach traditional hatha yoga and breath techinques to keep our body and mind in peace. Also I offer leaded meditation as well (I have done not only a course, but daily practicing it). If you would like to really switch off and connect with your trueself and relax than this class is for you.
