" To create it, I will teach the recipe from FERRAN ADRIÁ, who popularized molecular gastronomy. A way to mix up traditional drinks recipes with organic chemistry. To pull it off we modified one of Adria's revolutionary culinary techniques, called frozen reverse spherification. During this cocktail experience we also enjoy the most refreshing drinks and we will taste the most fresh fruits from Andalucía.
