I'll take you on a walk through Kibera, and you'll get an up-close look at the city's largest and most thriving informal settlement. We'll visit social impact activities that supports and trains young entrepreneurs within Kibera. As we walk through Kibera, you'll meet locals and see the growing arts and music scene, while discovering daily life. I'll talk about Kibera's history, political and social struggles, and its role in greater Nairobi as we walk. You'll get a chance to experience the warmth, strength, and resiliency of Kibera's residents. At the end of the experience, we'll stop in a local shop for snacks.
I'm the founder and administrator of Seed Foundation. We work to support Kibera's community members through education. I'm a Kibera resident, and have dedicated my life to helping my people in their pursuit of a better life.
