All levels are welcome. We offer morning or sunset practice. Please check our calendar for times and days available for each practice. Swimming is optional after the yoga class and own your risk. One thing that set this experience apart from the rest is that there is no yoga center that offer yoga practice on the beach. Namaste see you at Arashi Beach on the mat. We offer sunset yoga at the beach every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm and morning yoga every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30 am. I’m Yari, came to Aruba as a tourist 20 years ago, felt in love with the island, life style and the gorgeous white sand beaches that was when I decided to stay. I have always found inner peace, love and gratitude when in contact with nature. I would like to encourage travelers and locals to get out into nature and enjoy a yoga practice where we all can feel the fresh breeze and the spectacular ocean view, led by expert yoga teachers.
The transportation is optional and upon request and upon availability. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people in a vehicle.
We will be setting in a hidden corner of Arashi beach or Mangel Halto beach, it's more than a class its a yoga experience while watching the ocean, practicing with locals and travelers from around the world.
If you wish to swim after the yoga practice you can do so. Please wear your swimming suit under your yoga suit. There is no shower facilities at the beach. Bring your towel.
