In this workshop we will work with clay from the area. First we will learn to build pieces with some basic techniques of free creation, then we will conclude painting with enamels a piece already cooked with typical styles and techniques of Mexico and its Culture, this is the one that will be taken to your house and which you should look for the next day.
in the workshop we will offer refreshing drink, coffee, tea and mate accompanied by cookies
En este taller trabajaremos con barro de la zona, Primero aprenderán a construir piezas con algunas técnicas básicas de creación libre, seguidamente concluiremos pintando con esmaltes una pieza ya cocida con estilos y técnicas típicas de Mexico y su Cultura , esta es la que se llevaran a su casa y la cual deberán buscar al día siguiente.

Mi nombre es Nadia, soy de Argentina donde me preparé y desarrolle profesionalmente, tengo estudios en Cerámica de torno, modelado, esmaltado sobre metales y joyería, actualmente me encuentro viviendo en Tulum, Mexico, aqui inicié mi emprendimiento relacionado con la cerámica que es mi pasión, armé un hermoso y completo taller de cerámica donde se dictan clases diariamente, y una pequeña tienda en la cual ofrezco mis creaciones

The workshop takes place in my shop-workshop located in the center of Tulum, its name is Craft House and we have open the doors to everyone, come and visit us!

- This activity was super fun for my daughter and I. Nadia is a great teacher and host and we learned about pottery all while making our own and making new friends. It was a great activity for my artsy and very crafty 7 year old daughter. It was great because it felt very authentic and not super touristy, I also love the art it forward concept.
- Nadia and Rodrigo were just wonderful! We went as a family with our 8 year old twins and my mother in law and everyone loved the experience. Nadia and Rodrigo taught us about the local clays and basic techniques. The experience was warm and inviting - a creative retreat for us all. It’s the perfect family experience when you need a break from the sun and cenotes. Both Nadia and Rodrigo were great with children - kind, supportive and patient. Nadia’s shop has chic handmade pottery and textiles if you want to do some shopping after.
