We will cook together and then will eat and drink: - An Italian APERITIF, with Prosecco wine or Spritz with typical salumi, cheeses and bruschettas. - A MAIN COURSE with Traditional Regional PASTA or RISOTTO. The choice of this dish will depend on the season, the availability of the ingredients and my creativity. - A typical Italian DESSERT (tiramisu', panna cotta, ciambellone...)

Today Valentina and me moved to the ancient town of COLOGNE where I work with tourists and gastronomy... My goal is to connect Cologne to Rome (already historically connected) also from a gastronomic point of view ! We'll live the experience in our apartment near Cologne. You will have the chance to cook (if you would like to) with an Italian gastronomist, in a proper Italian kitchen. But the most interesting thing will be to eat and share the dining table, during evening, as Italians do it, between the aperitif time and the dinner ... You know the aperitif time in Italy starts when in Germany people have usually already eaten !
