We will start the day with a tour inside our roastery where you will be able to see inside our facility, roaster machine, green and roasted coffees. After that, you'll choose one of our fresh roasted coffees and we'll brewed it together in different ways from pour overs to espresso. You'll learn how to choose the grind settings for each method, ratio and coffee extraction. (Some of the methods that we'll go over are: Hario, Kalita, Chemex, French Press, AeroPress and Moka). After the class we will taste the different flavors that we can get with the same coffee, but brewed in different ways. Andre and Vanessa are the founders of a local, family-owned specialty coffee roaster based in Boulder, Colorado with strong family origins in Italy and Brazil.
