My mother and I will teach you how to prepare our homemade pasta, and how to prepare a quick but tasty sauce. We will also reveal some secrets of our vegetarian ragù. It will not be a conventional cooking class, but you will be welcomed in our home as friends and cooking together sharing our stories. Only fresh seasonal products will be used, mostly from our garden and an excellent extra virgin olive oil produced directly by us. We will also prepare together my special tiramisù with coffee and vinsanto or with strawberries, according to your preferences. Of course, after cooking, we will set up the table and eat together what we have prepared!
Ciao, i'm Damiano, an engineer but also a guy who loves snooping under the lid of steaming pots. I would like to share with you the traditions of my family, together with our house chef: my mother Licia. We have always loved cooking together and we have often welcomed friends and guests at our table. Since we moved from the city to the countryside we have also started to cultivate our products, the same ones that you will use. Equipment and aprons
You'll be welcomed in our large house with a beautiful kitchen and a large room with a fireplace. We'll also go down to the garden to pick some ingredients for lunch.
