In complete hands-on classes we'll explore the rich, diverse culinary traditions of Pakistan. We will serve welcome appetizer and non alcoholic drinks .We'll start off with a demo and description of the recipe and each unique spice, after which everyone will able to cook themselves. It will be followed by a feast where everyone will be able to chat and share the food they cooked!
I am an author, social activist,food,prop stylist,recipe developer and culinary educator with 20+ years of experience. I launched my debut cookbook The Karachi Kitchen in 2017 and have been on a beautiful journey of connecting through food,travel, teaching and meeting fabulous people. I love to eat all kinds of bread and chocolate. I love chatting, exploring,traveling,reading, walking, music and most of all cooking for family and friends. I cannot live without teaching and empowering women, children and young adults through my culinary program, which runs in Pakistan and has over 300 students and a fabulous team, under my supervision. I am known to have a very calm,positive, patient,persistent and fun personality which works well in making my students feel at home instantly. My motto is "Be bold and adventurous"
