Metta Float SUP centers, with many years of experience, offers you morning, sunset and night Paddleboard Yoga classes. SUP Yoga is a combination of traditional yogic postures and entertainment provided by floating on board for Stand Up Paddling. Before you take your board to the sea you will be given a short introduction by your SUP Yoga instructor. After a short paddling, SUP Yoga class can begin. You don't have to have any previous experience to join this activity. Stand Up Paddling board is your mat, and the outdoor world around you is your yoga studio in which elements of sun, wind, and water are invited. Experience a little paradise on earth. Move your yoga mat on the water.
My name is Tihana, founder and owner of Metta Float Stand Up Paddleboard centers and pioneer of SUP YOGA in Croatia. Many years of experience in Fitness and Yoga somehow spontaneously lead to the idea to open a SUP & Paddleboard center and share with others this one of the most exciting sports today, while at the same time very relaxing and meditative. The story went even furder, combining Yoga and SUP board, which is raising your exercise and to an entirely new level. You'll become addicted in 5 minutes. Take my word for it. ☺

The SUP Yoga class will take place at our beautiful Ambrela beach. The buoys where SUP boards will be anchored are approximately 120 meters from the coast.
