The experience may start with a short foraging walk from the house and into the garden to collect edible wild food, vegetables and herbs depending on the weather. There will then be a healthy vegan cookery demo, with some participation, to cook up a healthy feast . This will also be educational, talking about the benefits of foods for your health, how to be vegan and be healthy and including many useful tips to enhance your well being through your diet. This all takes place in Jane's beautiful 17th Century kitchen. Then the best bit....a healthy 2 course vegan feast on our long dining table looking out over stunning Cornish countryside. I am a professional chef and nutritionist with many years of experience and passion for cooking and in more recent years connecting with nature and the bounty she has to offer us. I love the outdoors, gardening, growing our own produce, herbs and flowers, foraging in our woods, on the beaches and then cooking up amazing nutritious food to share. Cornwall has an amazing array of produce too with many small organic producers and growers and its this quality that makes all the difference in how much goodness we get from our food, making the connection between food and health.
