At the San Lorenzo Market or the Saint Ambrogio markets we will visit butchers, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable vendors and small specialty shops selling local olive oils, meats, cheeses and much, much more. I will give you the history of truffle honey and extra-virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar, including artisanal gelato and chocolate all of which you can sample and try at the various stalls.
