To do it properly, it will include tasting our typical foods, beverages and see all the kind of stuff it’s possible to find there! 1- Meet & Greet - You are invited to a quick coffee and cheese bread|roll. This is my courtesy for you! ; 2- Strained coffee & cheese bread - While we get acquainted, I will explain the market history and the inspiration to mix my memories for showing the gastronomic and the manners from Minas Gerais in a casual & funny tour; 3- Cheese & olive oils tasting - “Queijo Minas” is our most traditional, however, we became a little bit fancy (LOL) and have other types that even received prizes around the world; 4- More cheese & our typical sweets - One of the most typical dessert in Minas Gerais has the name of the most famous couple in the world: Romeo and Juliet. It’s a mix of goiabada (guava sweet) and the Queijo Minas. 5- Peppers, seasonings, toppings, sauces, jams, dried food and other kinds of stuff - This is a stop to taste a lot of random things at once! 6- Beer - From some years we are making artisanal of them. Taste a little bit to whet your appetite! 7 - Cachaça! - The spirit that is an ingredient of the most known Brazilian cocktail, the caipirinha; 8- Bye-bye! - What do we eat as main courses? Almost lunchtime, a good opportunity for a typical meal there!
