It begins by arriving to a beautiful country home in the Hunter Valley. A space is set for people to arrive and get comfy on the yoga mat on the deck or around the fire inside, depending on time of year. We begin with a beautiful cup of cacao, then flow into a guided meditation and set an intention of something you'd like to create or invite into your life. We will end with some gentle yoga.
