You have to come to Kalyan Rooftop Restaurant and then we will head to our kitchen and we will start the cooking lessons for Tea and Pakora. The Indian Masala Organis Tea is a combination of Milk , Tea Leaves and Spices , while Pakora are delicious basin based balls.

Fun cooking activity to learn about ingredients and then make two simple dishes. Friendly hosts and lovely to sit on the rooftop after to enjoy the food and drink!

This was a great experience! The teachers were patient, thorough, and warm. And the pakoras and sweet masala chai were made even tastier as we enjoyed them on the rooftop with city views of Jaipur and knowing that we'd played an active role in preparing them.

Great recipes for chai and pakoras that I feel confident I can use at home and it was interesting to see how an Indian chef eyeballs quantities to get the right consistency and level of spice (you get concrete recipes). Good balance between demo and practical (they're simple recipes so there are limited hands on steps). Lovely rooftop where you sit and enjoy your food afterwards. Was lots of fun and great value.

Amazing value for money. The class takes part in the kitchen of a hotel. We learned how to make chai tea and then pakora! Very enjoyable.

Amazing experience. We loved making chai and pokoras with Bhuvnesh and the professional chefs. Bhuvnesh took the time to answer all our questions and we enjoyed chatting with him afterwards. The best part is eating and drinking on the roof terrace at the sunset. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!
