On this cooking experience, you will embark with me on a journey into some of the finest regional culinary traditions of Italy, peppered with anecdotes about Italian food and grandma's cooking secrets :) You'll see: making your own pasta is not as daunting as you think! And you can take home my recipe too. This class includes dinner at the end of the session as well!! The cooking class will take place at my apartment in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen). It is very accessible via subway on the C/E, 1, and N, W, R trains.
