We will teach you the secrets of making home made pasta in our kitchen studio, located in a spectacular villa with a great view of Florence. Our experience begins at the popular market of Sant Ambrogio, in the center of Florence. We will meet a behind the market. Together we will buy our ingredients and taste some typical Florentine products like Finocchiona, pecorino cheeses and local fruit at Km0. We will move in the kitchen and start our fresh pasta lesson. We will prepare together 3 or 4 fresh pastas (gnocchi, ravioli, fettuccine, cappellacci, spaghetti). We will have lunch with our culinary creations. We have selected a range of natural wines ( red, white, rosè, limoncello liquor ) that will accompany our ”creations”. Note: This is the most unique experience in Florence: shopping at the local market + cooking class + lunch in a villa with a spectacular view of Florence.
