Wondering what SUP Yoga looks like? > After a brief lesson on paddleboarding, we will launch our paddle boards from Victoria Park. We will paddle around and get comfortable on the board. > Next we anchor our boards in shallow waters and begin our magical union with the Universe. > The yoga session is a specially designed flow that is tailored to the paddle board. We offer a special 90 minute “stress relieving” class focusing on being present and connecting with nature on the paddle board. > Sup Warrior Yoga is a gentle Hatha yoga class, emphasizing the breath while entering, holding, & leaving the asanas (poses). You will learn pranayama (breath control techniques) & meditation practice. > At the end of the session we lay back on it boards and meditate to the soothing sounds of birds chirping and and water flowing and Kathy’s inspriring affirmation. > You will leave feeling rejuvenated!
Natasha is the owner of SUP PUP Paddleboard, the #1 Paddleboard tour company in Ft Lauderdale. She has been paddleboarding in the waterways of Fort Lauderdale for over 5 years. Natasha graduated from the a University of Florida, is a former elementary school teacher. Kathy is the owner of Tiny Warrior Wellness. Kathy started her yoga practice in 2005 when she began her career in the healthcare field. She received her health coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Kathy is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. Together they created SUP Warrior Yoga.
