You'll leave with an understanding of how to take action to balance your unique constitution (dosha)! First, we’ll explore our doshas while sampling a refreshing Ayurvedic beverage. Then we’ll discover what foods nourish and balance us while we make: • Grounding Kitchari (spiced lentil & rice comfort food) • Turmeric Eggplant • Garlicky Spinach • Zesty Fermented Onions • Simple Ginger Chutney • Exotic Stuffed Dates After you make your meal, you’ll sit down to an elegant candle-lit dinner, finishing with another special Ayurvedic beverage. NOTE: We also offer a cooking class + dinner called "Cooking with a health coach: Brain Food."
