Bonjour Chers Amis, We are a group of friends(Gaby, Carlos and Maria), a South American team with a common passion for food sharing. We learned our techniques from a french baker during our studies in France. One holiday season we did an intensive course and learned the techniques of french pastry-making, from macarons to viennoiseries (croissants, pain au chocolat) Our goal is to share our passion for cooking by giving you the tools to learn and then re-create the recipes at home, for which we are certain you will end up having your Petit Chef! coming out.
