I am proudly born and raised in the city of Cebu, Philippines. I did not grow up being in the kitchen surrounded by family so I had to figure everything the hard way from the start. It wasn't after graduating college that I finally discovered this passion in baking. I took a leap of faith, left my home and comfort zone, and signed up for a pastry program in San Francisco. Fast forward to more than a decade later, I find myself celebrating the 10th year of my own café in my beloved city and teaching for 6 years. I am very passionate about sharing my professional and personal journey with my guests and making them confident that anyone can bake and have fun in the kitchen.
