Hike / Yoga / Meditation – I’ll take you on a scenic hiking trail in the Bay Area off the beaten path. We’ll pit-stop about half way, where I’ll guide you through a blissful yoga flow. It’ll be about a 30-minute session with optional meditation & breath work as well as an opportunity to relax and take in the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. After you stretch your body and allow any stress to melt away while surrounded by nature’s beauty, we’ll continue the hike back. You’ll awaken your senses with fresh air and nourish your mind-body connection as you enjoy views along the way! You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and reconnected to our awe-inspiring planet.
As a lifelong nature lover & certified yoga instructor (RYT-500) I’m extremely passionate about the therapeutic qualities of combining hiking & yoga! During the 13 years I’ve lived in the Bay Area, my ongoing curiosity has drawn me to explore numerous trails. I seek out paths with a mix of stunning city & coastal views or deep among the trees. My international upbringing has allowed me to travel from a young age, so I enjoy connecting with people from various cultures & backgrounds. As someone that prefers fresh air with gorgeous views over stuffy studio’s – it’d be my pleasure to guide you!

We’ll meet at an agreed upon location within a 1.5-hour drive of San Francisco (determined in advance). There are plenty of trails with closer proximity to the city if you prefer. Exact location will depend on skill-level and length of hike desired (usually 3 miles to 10 miles). Typically, we’ll meet at the designated trailhead. Trails will be nature-filled, tranquil and range from shaded trees to gorgeous coastal views and cityscape skylines.

Yoga & hiking will be adjusted to match your skill-level. All abilities welcome - no experience necessary! If you have special requests or are interested in a day/time not listed, please let me know.
