Experience Transparent CLEAR kayaks, appreciate majestic wildlife, explore uninhabited island, & toast the beauty of MIAMI! We will begin on the historic Collins Canal which is known for its abundance in herons, iguanas, & fish. As we launch from the access point, get ready for an exciting stretch of water kayaking with secret city vibes. The reward? We will arrive to a picturesque uninhabited island, with a spectacular view of Millionaire's Row. Look down & you will see the ocean floor as your kayaks are completely CLEAR. This immersive experience brings you astonishingly close to underwater sea-life. We will get out at the island & do a CHAMPAGNE or Wine TOAST to all the beauty of nature surrounding us & the Miami city skyline in the distance. This is a great time to explore, take pictures, & get to know each other. We will return feeling at peace, healthy, happy, & with a sense of accomplishment. *****This adventure involves some inherent risk and physical exertion, so you must be in good physical condition without any recent surgery, heart condition, pregnancy, disability or injury. You should know how to swim, (or wear a life vest if you do not) and feel comfortable in water.*****
Hello! I am Santiago from Miami FL :) I have hosted guests on my "Moonlight" Boating experience, touring the waterways & uninhabited islands in Miami's inter-coastal waters. My "CLEAR Kayak" experience will allow guests to experience the waterways of Miami on a more intimate & unique level! My Co-Host Brooke Price has been living in Miami for 10 years just like me. Born on Sanibel Island, he grew up kayaking through mangrove waterways with abundant Florida native wildlife. Together, we have explored Miami’s rivers, canals, & waterways putting together a series of exciting routes!

First we will have a brief intro to paddling and water safety. We will paddle through the historic and "secret" waterway known as the Collins Canal. This leads us to the Biscayne Bay. We will then stop at our main destination island & listen to music, have snacks, take pics, & enjoy swimming on the beach. A couple of snorkels are provided. Finally we will kayak back with pictures and memories to share!
*PLEASE NOTE* Miami is in the Sub-tropical weather belt of the earth so if it rains, it comes and goes VERY QUICKLY (10min-20min showers) So if the weather forecast says “rain” do not be alarmed! We can still do the tour. 2 people per kayak *weight capacity is 400 pounds per kayak.
