Delight your taste by sipping a regional chocolate-coffee hot drink to later try a savory or sweet tamal. Jump in into the “old barrios” to watch the experts shaping all kind of clay pieces and learn how corn is handle to make tortillas. Finish this experience at a cooking class where you’ll make corn base snacks and salsas with your own hands!
I’m a local tour guide who loves her city. I also love Mexican gastronomy specially traditional snacks and dishes from my home town. I’ve traveled to the USA, France, Cuba and Peru and I’m sure “poblano” food has a special uniqueness. I’m a foodie, and I love to discover places full of traditions, history or simply good food.
