Yumi will pick up guests at meeting place 10 minutes prior to the lesson strating time, then 11:00 sharp the program will get started with introduction of Ramen broth recipe, followed by Noodle making activites and Ramen topping preparation about 60 minutes, then Gyoza Preparation ( Using ready-made Gyoza wrappers )about 45 minutes. Usually around 12:45hrs would be the time to taste foods guests have cooked in about 30 minutes with casual chatting to share food cultures behind and etc. My studio is located nearby Tsukiji market, Ginza shopping street where guets have many options available after the cooking class. The cooking studio is very cozy, and homey which would be accommodated maximum 4 persons at the same time, so you feel very comfortable with more private atmosphere.
