First of all, we meet at an amazing wine bar-restaurant located in the heart of the medieval city of Rhodes! The setting will be prepared by me with an exclusive table for the tasting, in a medieval courtyard surrounded by the medieval walls and the Auberge of the Knights that spoke the tongue of Auvergne!! We re going to taste 5 ULTRA PREMIUM LABELS of Greek Wines. We re going to understand the main tasting factors of each one of them, talk about the quality standards and pair them with some local gourmet specialties!!!( the tasting INCLUDES SET food MENU ). Also I m going to introduce you a big range of the Greek wine map by recommending wines that suite your personality! The tasting can close with suggestions about buying or investing in Greek wines!!

Hi! I'm a Dimitris Danellakis, Head Sommelier and Assistant manager, working for a really cosy wine bar-restaurant in the medieval city of Rhodes! Together we can explore the Greek wine map and discover the hidden treasures of local wines. With my experience, I can teach you the art of blind tasting and also we can see how wines pair and react with food, in some ideal pairings!!! This is a unique experience that no gastronomic guest should lose!! See you!!!

The tasting will take place at the courtyard of the Auberge of the Knights that spoke the tongue of Auvergne which is a unesco world heritage sight! If the weather does not allow courtyard action the tasting will take place in the Auvergne's Inn!

- This was terrific. It was clear that Dimitris has a real passion for wine and specifically Greek wine, and it came through in this experience. We ate, we drank, we learned a lot. All around a great night. Would recommend to anyone looking for something a little different than a normal night out. Restaurant is beautiful as well
