Morning Class starts 9.30 AM - 13.30 PM
Afternoon Class starts 4.30 PM - 8.30 PM
9.00 meet at hotel or 9.30 meet at cooking class
9.45 Visit a local market exploring the fresh ingredients used in class. Try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack.
10:45 Settle into the comfort of my kitchen and get a welcome drink, snack
11:00 Enjoy cooking at your own station and taste splendid hand-cooked dishes. A program is provided, and you will have a fun, friendly experience
-You will be guided step-by-step through the cooking process and explain to you about the difference in the Thai herbs and seasonings, and what can be substituted when you cook at home.
-Depart with a recipe book you can recreate the dishes you made to impress your family and friends when you return home.

I used to be a kid who always helped my mom while she cooked and then I become a person who is passionate about cooking Thai traditional dishes. My Thai food expert skills have taken me across the world to chase my dream. I was a Thai chef in the United State for a couple of years and a Japanese Chef for one year. Now it's time to share all my skills and knowledge.

We will shop for fresh ingredients at the Kathu morning fresh market. Then we will go to the class, which is only 10 minutes away.
We really enjoyed our private cooking class with Tony! My husband has allergies including soy, eggs, and peanuts and Tony was able to accommodate them all by personalizing the recipes! We are so grateful for his class and look forward to cooking these dishes at home!

Tony and this experience was absolutely wonderful! Tony first guided us through a local market. Though my sisters and I had already visited a few markets during our trip, this was special in that Tony was able to explain what the Thai produce/snacks were to us.
The class itself was both extremely informative but also entertaining. We made Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai and Curry. Tony explained every single ingredient we added to each dish as well as the history and reasoning as to why we needed to add them. He even provided us with modifications for what products we can use back home in place of things we may not be able to find.

This was a great experience! Not only to learn new recipes but Tony also has helpful technique trips and tips. We had a great time with him and he helped us make delicious food. We joined 3 others and we all had amazing things to say about Tony and the food! Already recommended the experience to friends coming later this month!

Our entire experience with Tony was so informative and so much fun. He and Gab are both so lovely and down to earth - no question was too much, and they went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and memorable. We’ve had lots of unique once in a life time experiences on this trip, but our afternoon with Tony was one of the most enjoyable days that we’ve had. Tony and Gab left such an impression we’re bring my parents back for another class in 2 days time :)
