The Tantra of Joyful living, can be described as a playful dance of the soul as it fully "lets go" and immerses into the sublime magic of the present moment. Our session will feature easy, fun, and interactive energy moment, light stretching, breathing exercises, eye gazing meditation, and above all LOTS of laughter! The class is perfect for those that are new to meditation and yoga; as well as advanced yogis. For it serves as a bridge to achieving inner bliss, and is a modality that everyone can enjoy :) We will being our class with a brief introduction to Laughing Yoga, the Tantra of Joyful living. Followed by a "blissed out" laughing yoga class, concluding with a guided mindfulness meditation. Laughing Yoga exercises are designed to help you honor your inner child, promote a deep state of bliss, and transcend the ego. Laughing Yoga increases oxygen flow to the brain and body, it also helps release feel good chemicals and endorphins.
Ten years ago I became deeply inspired by the healing power of meditation, yoga, reiki, and sacred sound. I began a worldwide introspective journey, traveling to 25 countries, studying various forms of meditation, esoteric teachings, and sound healing. My journey took me to remote areas of Nepal, Peru, Egypt, The Amazonian Jungle, and Morocco. After years of intense study with a variety of shamans, sages, yogis, and mystics, I felt compelled to share my knowledge, experiences, and healing with others.
Our session will take place at Red Rock Crossing, a strong Vortex and sacred area in Native American history. The vortex energy of this area is feminine, providing a nurturing feeling of softness, and compassion. At the Creek the vortex is at its strongest point, overlooking majestic rock formations, the energy of the divine Feminine fills this area with loving light.
