Guided tours are provided Monday to Sunday throughout the year. The complete visit will last 2 hours in duration. Arrive early and ensure to follow the entire processing cycle. I am Saverio, the owner of a dairy farm specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. With my wife Roberta I love to share with passion our international experience and our heritage with visitors of the dairy farm. I learned the job from my father and my grandfather and for over 15 years I prepare the Parmigiano Reggiano and organize visits to my dairy. With passion and experience I will show to my Italian and international guests all the secrets of the production of the king of cheeses.
A tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
The tour takes place at Caseificio San Pier Damiani, a dairy farm located in the Parma region of Italy. The guided tour takes it's guests through the various processing phases in our production factory, and ends in our shop where guests can taste the product.
