When you come to our House of Istrian Olive Oil, first you will go through interesting exhibition - you will see how Romans in Istria made olive oil, where and how it was exported, you will see two short films about traditional processing and how we make olive oil today. After that we will take you to tasting room where we'll go together through sensory analyses of high quality Istrian olive oils as well as the one that we usually buy in supermarket. We will teach you how to recognize good from bed olive oils, you will be able to find positive and negative attributes of oils and understand why are polyphenols important for our health. At the end you will try pairing sweet dessert with olive oil. Duration of whole experience is around one or one-and-half hour, it depend on you and your interests.

Our House of Istrian Olive Oil is situated in historical building from beginning of 20th century that used to be clothing factory. We renovated the space and now is beautifully decorated in modern design.
